Description
The Kramer ADC-DPM/GF converts unencrypted DisplayPort signals to VGA without power. The adapter has a very small brain so that, in the handshake process, it tells the DisplayPort device (computer/etc.) to output TMDS (HDMI/DVI) or analog instead of true DisplayPort. All this assumes the DisplayPort source has "dual mode" capability. Generally you can tell this if your computer/source has the ++ version of the DP logo on it.
