Her background in customer service and personnel management, as a senior veterinary technician for 16 years, compliments Joel's technical expertise. She's in charge of all day to day processes from: order fulfillment, customer retention, vendor relations & accounting. Providing the utmost care for our customers & vendor partners is her goal! |
Joel Heney, CEOJoel joined the sales team of the largest Audio Video integrator in the Northwest in 1998. Within 3 years he helped launch and manage his own division, one of the U.S.'s first ecommerce websites offering Pro A/V equipment. In 2008, Casady and Joel launched their own company to provide superior service & support. |
