Installation Request
Purchasing the right equipment for your conference room or business is just half the battle; installation of the equipment is equally important.
Finding certified, professional integrators & installers can be a time-consuming task for your new Professional Audio Video equipment/system. To meet our customers' growing needs for fast, timely purchasing and installation, Conference Room AV has expanded its services to include digital signage and Pro A/V installation - when and where you need it.
Flat Panel Monitor Installation
Services Provided:
- Secure the mounting bracket (purchased separately) to the wall
- Mount and secure monitor to the customer supplied mounting bracket at a height not to exceed eight feet as measured from the bottom of the monitor to the ground
- Connect the monitor to pre-existing AC power supply and neatly dress the cable (power cord cannot be concealed in the wall)
- Attach and conceal the local audio and/or video components from the source to the monitor, up to 50 feet through standard frame walls or drop ceilings
- If standard obstructions prevent wall/ceiling cable fishing, provide and install track molding to conceal cables
- Provide the customer with a brief, functional overview of the monitor and remote
Digital Signage Monitor Wall Installation
Services Provided:
- Secure the mounting bracket (purchased separately) to the wall
- Mount and secure monitor to the customer supplied mounting bracket at a height not to exceed eight feet as measured from the bottom of the monitor to the ground.
- Connect the monitor to pre-existing AC power supply and neatly dress the cable (power cord cannot be concealed in the wall)
- Mount and secure SFF PC or Media Player to customer-supplied mounting bracket or configure display's on-board computer
- Attach and conceal the customer-provided cables from the SFF PC or Media Player to the display
- Provide the customer with a brief, functional overview of the monitor and remote
Video Wall Installation
Services Provided:
- Secure the mounting brackets to the wall (purchased separately)
- Mount and secure monitors to each of the mounting brackets
- Connect the monitors to pre-existing AC power supply and neatly dress the cable (power cord cannot be concealed in the wall)
- Mount and secure SFF PC or Media Player(s)
- Attach and conceal the customer-provided cables from the SFF PC or Media Player(s) to the displays
- Provide the customer with a brief, functional overview of the videowall and remote
Sharp Interactive Whiteboard Installation
Services Provided:
- Build Sharp monitor stand or secure the mounting bracket (purchased separately) to the wall
- Build Sharp monitor stand or secure the mounting bracket (purchased separately) to the wall
- Mount the Sharp whiteboard monitor to the stand or to the customer supplied mounting bracket at a height not to exceed eight feet as measured from the bottom of the monitor to the ground
- Connect the monitor to pre-existing AC power supply and neatly dress the cable (power cord cannot be concealed in the wall)
- Connect and dress audio and video cables
- Demonstrate touch screen operation and provide training to key personnel on operation and basic troubleshooting
Video Projector (Wall or Ceiling) Installation
Services Provided:
- Install mounting bracket (customer supplied) to standard frame, masonry wall or secure mounting bracket to standard ceiling up to 12 feet in height or install suspended ceiling mounting plate (customer supplied).
- Mount projector security to bracket
- Connect projector to pre-existing AC power supply, neatly dressing cable, but not concealing in wall or ceiling
- Attach and conceal customer provided cables from a single source to the projector up to 50 feet through standard frame walls or drop ceilings.
If obstructions prevent standard cable fishing, installerprovided track molding may be used to conceal cables - Provide the customer with a brief functional overview of the projector and remote
Premise Wiring Installation
Services Provided:
- Cable will be fished in walls and ceillings where possible
- If fishing not possible, cable will be concealed using paintable track molding
- Cable will be terminated using standard wall plates and RJ45 inserts (included)
- Cable may be terminated in existing or customer-supplied patch panel upon customer's request
- Test circuit using appropriate testing equipment
- Installation of one Cat5E/6E data circuit from router to display location
