Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service and products.  Items may be returned within 30 days from ship date for a full refund, with the exception of the noted items below.  Prior to returning the product(s) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and approved.  Upon approved, return details and shipping instructions will be emailed.

Returned products must be in new, factory sealed, condition with all the accessories and packaging, used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging may result in an increased restocking fee or a refused return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage with an RMA number on the outside of the box. Returns that are damaged in shipment may result in a reduced refund or a refused return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. All shipping expenses are non-refundable. Insuring your shipment is advised.

**Note** All custom built items, as well as selected items from some manufacturers, are non-returnable. Such manufacturers include but are not limited to: Byrne, ECA, S-BOX, Cisco, and any custom built table boxes. Non-returnable items are marked as such in the item description or when placed in a shopping cart to order.

In the case of a warranty claim, if an item is determined to be defective and under warranty it will be repaired or replaced, solely at the manufacturer’s discretion. Items returned under warranty must be accompanied by an RMA. Unless advised otherwise, all warrantied items must be returned to the manufacturer before any final warranty determination can be made. Unless advised otherwise, all warrantied items must be returned before any replacement can be shipped.

Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to be refunded back to your credit card once they have been received, you will be notified via email once the refund has been completed.

In order to ensure that all returns are secured against damage, net terms customers must submit payment in full before an RMA can be issued. Upon request, any outstanding balance may be paid via credit card to expedite the return and RMA process. All other return terms as set forth above apply.
