Items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipping, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
**Note** All custom built items, as well as selected items from some manufacturers, are non-returnable. Such manufacturers include but are not limited to: Byrne, ECA, S-BOX, Cisco, Liberty AV, Intelix, Celerity, Arrive, and Broadata. Non-returnable items are marked as such in the item description or when placed in a shopping cart to order.
Prior to returning your purchase, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to you. Returned products must be in new condition with all the accessories and packaging, used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging may result in an increased restocking fee or a refused return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage with an RMA number on the outside of the box. Returns that are damaged in shipment may result in a reduced refund or a refused return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. All shipping expenses are non-refundable. Insuring your shipment is advised.

Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to be refunded back to your credit card once they have been received, you will be notified via email once the refund has been completed.
In order to ensure that all returns are secured against damage, net terms customers must submit payment in full before an RMA can be issued. Upon request, any outstanding balance may be paid via credit card to expedite the return and RMA process. All other return terms as set forth above apply.
