Description
The PST-8 DIG 15A Advanced AC Strip 8 Outlets W/SMP and EVS- 2 Filtered Banks from Furman. This SMP circuit incorporates Linear Filtering Technology (or LiFT) as well as a high current TVZ-MOV to ensure that any electronic device (e.g. TV, projectors, DVD players, or computers) is fed clean, filtered AC power. Which ensures consistent peak performance from your equipment, by dramatically reducing noise.
LiFT suppresses the AC line noise evenly, while SMP (Multi-Stage Protection) provides the highest level of protection available, which assures maximum performance from this system. This power strip is made with Furman's new technology which never directs the voltage to the circuit ground, which further ensures the safety of your equipment.
Another unique feature of Furman's SMP circuit is automatic extreme-voltage shutdown (EVS). Which automatically turns off the unit when it is fed 137 volts or higher, protecting itself and connected equipment from the extreme voltage.
