Wall Track Extension Kit 5' Raceway and 1 Coupler
Description
The FSR SW-RWK-5 extends the vertical wall-mounted portion of FSR's Smart-Way cable management system. It provides installers 5 additional feet of wall track plus a coupler to connect it cleanly to an existing run.
Where Smart-Way's floor raceway carries power, data, and AV cabling across a room at a low, ADA-compliant profile, the wall track picks up at a wall feed point and continues that same cable management vertically. This approach ensures conductors stay enclosed all the way from the floor to an outlet, junction box, or AV device plate mounted higher on the wall.
The SW-RWK-5 is the extension piece for that run, used when a project's wall-track distance exceeds what a standard feed kit already provides.
Like the rest of the Smart-Way family, the wall track shares the system's three-compartment internal design for separating power conductors from low-voltage data and AV cabling.
It supports up to 14 twelve-gauge power conductors, 9 Cat-5e cables, or 5 Cat-6A cables per compartment depending on how a given run is populated. The included coupler locks the new 5' section to an adjoining piece of track using the same connection method used throughout the Smart-Way line. This helps to keep the joint flush and the cable channel continuous rather than leaving a gap where wiring could be exposed.
Materials and Compatibility
The SW-RWK-5 is manufactured to match FSR's Smart-Way finishes, available in slate gray or aluminum. Thus, an extended run blends with the rest of an installed system rather than introducing a visibly different section.
It's built for the same office, conference room, classroom, and collaborative-space applications the broader Smart-Way system targets. Plus it meets Build America Buy America Act and Trade Agreement Act requirements.
As an extension kit, it's intended to be added onto an existing Smart-Way wall track installation rather than used as a standalone raceway run.
