Description
The Wiremold OFRBC-8 OFR Series Overfloor Raceway Base and Cover Single 8' Stick, is a cable management raceway designed to bring power, network, or AV connectivity access to open space applications. A more permanent solution to typical rubber wire guards as the Wiremold OFR raceway attaches directly to the floor covering. This allows for a fast and more secure installation, as installers do not have to remove carpet, tile, or wood, it simply attaches to the current surface material. Making this raceway ideal for use in relocatable or permanent installations where access through floors and ceilings is not an option. Equally this raceway provides a tamper-resistant system as the cover is difficult to remove without the proper tools, discouraging unwanted access to raceway-provided services. It also meets ADA Accessibility Guidelines as it offers a very low profile unobtrusive design that which adheres to ADA standard 4.5 which addresses changes in floor and ground surface levels.
This raceway series is made using sold steel construction, has a multi-channel (four channels) capacity, that conforms to RoHS specifications. The cover is made of 0.040" (1.0mm) steel, with a 0.080" aluminum base, and offers a durable black powder coated finish.
The Wiremold OFRBC-8 comes packed with one 8' length of base and cover per carton.
