Description
The EXHD-RG6 by Hall Research is an HDMI-over-Coax Range extender, that extends HDMI signals. This kit comes with a Transmitter and Receiver, that will send HDMI signals up to 230' or longer, the maximum cable length depends however on the signal resolution and quality of RG-6U cable used. The EXHD-RG6 can support resolutions up to 1080p@60Hz, is HDCP compliant, and uses locking HDMI connectors.
The Kit includes a Sender(Transmitter) and a corresponding Receiver. The transmitter has 1 HDMI input and two BNC outputs to connect one or two RG-6U coax cables. The Receiver features one BNC input connections to the sender, and provides one HDMI output, it also has a buffered coax output which can be used to daisy chain another receiver if needed.
This is an ideal kit when needing to send HDMI quality signals from a source such as a PC at greater distances, through the sender/receiver to external devices such as 1 or 2 displays on the receiving end. The EXHD-RG6 by Hall Research is backed by a 3 year warranty.
