The Pointmaker Engage CPN-5800 is the little brother to the CPN-6000, the CPN-5800 has all the same features as the CPN-6000 with less inputs and outputs. The CPN-5800 is a wireless annotation system that lets you connect your iPads wirelessly via the Engage or PVI Controll app. Use the system with compatible touch screens or connect iPads wirelessly for group collaboration. The app will let you present via presenter mode, you can also let others choose to be able to show what is on their screen and you can simultaneously show what you have on your iPad to your main screen. You can also let others take control and share what is on their iPad with the share button, group collaboration without wires has never been easier.
Featuring 1 HDCP compliant HDMI input and 1 VGA input, the CPN-5800 was designed for smaller rooms or rooms that need a more affordable design. Not only can you use this as an annotation device but you can also use it as a scaler and auto switcher, other features include the ability to save and print your screen captures. The CPN-5800 features live streaming, you can now stream any unprotected source to a Windows 7 device, iPad 3, iPad 4,iPad Mini, and in the future the iPad Air. This also adds the ability to annotate over a streaming image.

The CPN-5800 features a built in high quality scaler, take your VGA inputs and output them into high quality 1920x1080 viewing for the best image possible. The CPN-5800 has built-in network, this is key when users are not in the same room improving communication. Users can share their stored images over their TCP/IP network and mark over the same images making for perfect collaboration.
Connect an iPad to the system with the Engage Pointmaker 1 on 1 or PVI control app. The app allows users to draw over images and interact with other iPad users live, annotations made on one iPad will show up on another. You can control via approved touch screens, digitzing tablet keyboards, and electronic whiteboards.
Other features include and audio de-embedder with analog stereo output, not you can connect up to an amplifier with no other hardware. The CPN-5800 is ideal when you want to be able to switch a couple sources remotely, provide annotation, auto switching, and live streaming.
