Description
Kramer KDS-DEC6 is an H.264 decoder for encoded signals with resolutions up to 4K60 4:2:0. The KDS-DEC6 decoder provides streaming over an IP network that carries 4K40 4:2:0 video, audio, IR, RS-232, USB over IP in unicast (one to one) or multicast (many to many) configurations. It is designed to work with the KDS−EN6 H.264 encoder to provide a high−quality and fully−featured end−to−end video and audio over IP solution, with HDCP 2.2 encryption. This item was designed to be used in conjunction with the KDS-EN6 encoder and can be managed via Open API/Kramer AV services/Kramer Control. These devices are great for use in Pro AV distribution systems with one or more sources and many displays, such as in schools, universities and public venues. Equally they are an added benefit to settings that require long-distance transmissions of signals using the existing wires and infrastructure in corporate offices and government type applications.
