Enzo, Wireless Group Collaboration & File Sharing for Meetings
The AMX Enzo is a group collaboration platform for file sharing, web conferencing, wireless presenting, and an integrated web browser. All of this is contained in a small box, this box is not a PC so there are no updates and no viruses to deal with. The Enzo can share files in 3 ways, USB stick, Drop Box, or locally. An integrated fully featured web browser allows you to access the internet without connecting a computer, a wireless keyboard and mouse can be connected (not included).
A new feature recently added to the Enzo is screen mirroring, you can share your screen on your Windows and Mac computer, smartphone, and tablet via the MirrorOp app. Simply install the app and connect to the Enzo to start sharing your screen. Another new feature is web conferencing, connect a web camera and you can use Skype and Microsoft Lync. Purchased seperately AMX has designed a web camera with a wide field of view specifically for getting the wide shots needed in a conference room. The Sereno, part # NMX-VCC-1000 offers HD video for small rooms.
Installation is very simple, plug in the network connection for Internet and an HDMI connection to your flat panel or projector. The Enzo is powered via Power over Ethernet so a PoE drop will have to be connected or purchase an injector such as the PS-POE-AF-TC to inject PoE locally without having to have a PoE network.
The Enzo was designed to transmit your sensitive documents over the network by invitation only, to join and share on the Enzo one must enter the IP address and guest code. When the meeting is over and you exit the Enzo deletes all history and traces of what transpired.
The Enzo is a fully featured group collaboration system at an affordable price that elminated that tangled mess of wires in conference rooms.
