Description
The EON615 from JBL is a self-powered 15" Two-way Mutlipurpose Sound Reinforcement Speaker System with Bluetooth Control and two input channels. This 1000W Class D amplification system was designed for high-quality audio reproduction, portability and flexibility. The EON615 can be used in a variety of configurations and scenarios featuring onboard EQ presets it can work as a main house speaker, in a stereo setup with another top cabinet and subwoofer, as a monitor speaker, or in permanent install applications. Equally it has a speech setting for increased vocal intelligibility in PA and announcement applications.
The rear panel controls and input/outputs of this speaker system feature XLR-1/4" combo inputs for each of the speakers two channels, along with individual gain controls and signal presence LED's. Both inputs are mic or line selectable and a master volume knob adjusts overall system level. This unit will also benefits from iOS and Android supported Bluetooth interfaces for controlling master volume, adjusting the parametric EQ, and saving and recalling user presets.
JBL engineers truly redesigned this speaker system from the ground up, additional features that have been built-in to this system include JBL's advanced waveguide technology, newly manufactured transducers, and the convenient wireless remote control of it on board DSP EQ parameters via Bluetooth. The enclosure even got a makeover and has been designed for the optimization for ideal acoustic resonance through injection molding techniques and mechanical shaping of the enclosures.
