Description
Featuring the Icron USB 2.0 Ranger 2212 Dual Port Cat5e Ranger Extender Kit with PoE. This two port, high speed extension solution, utilizes USB 2.0 connections at up to 480 Mbps over 330' of Cat5e cabling. It delivers standard 500mA USB power over the Cat5e extension link to the two port remote hub. Using PoE technology eliminates the need to locate the remote USB devices near an AC power outlet and greatly increases the ease of deployment and installation for this extension kit. Designed in a rugged metal enclosure the Icron 2212 is FCC Class B rated, requires no software drivers, and will work with all major operating systems to include Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. Making it a perfect extension system for use in industrial, medical, digital signage and commercial Pro Audio Video applications. Comes backed by a 2 year warranty.
