Description

The Kramer PIP-4 is a high-quality picture-in-picture inserter for composite video signals. The PIP-4 was designed to display up to four images simultaneously, each of which can be sized and positioned individually. The picture-in-picture options allow all inputs to be display simultaneously with variable window sizing and positioning and freeze frame capability with Quad button that displays 4 equal sized images. This device features both Multi-format operation for s-Video and composite video outputs, and Multi-standard operation for PAL & NTSC compatible inputs & outputs (no format conversion). Also featured is a USB mouse connector for convenient navigation and control, including the OSD, and a built-in ProcAmp for brightness, contrast, and saturation control of for each input. The PIP-4 comes with easy to use and flexible control options that can be achieved via the front panel buttons, IR remote, mouse (with OSD), or through RS-232 & Ethernet. Making this picture-in-picture inserter and ideal product for use in video production studios for source monitoring, teleconferencing using one screen, home theater multi-channel monitoring, and security type applications.
