The Arrive InfoPoint AIP-ID-0700 is a 7" interactive networked room signage system. This network based room scheduler provides users an affordable, value-added hardware device, with an amazing 7" capacitive touch screen. The AIP-ID-700 works as a client to a central management server console, the Arrive OnePoint EMServer, and allows users to utilize room reservations, resource scheduling, and broadcast signage for shared office spaces, like conference rooms. 

By utilizing this powerful networked based room scheduler platform, businesses can eliminate double-booking conflicts, maximize meeting schedules and pace, as well as ensure efficient space optimization. This unit provides an integrated large touch-screen display, which provides booking information at a-glance right outside the room. It shows the room reservation calendar, start, end and remaining time of ongoing bookings, or the next reservation to help optimize available/reserved status visually.

Powered by the Arrive InfoPoint 2.0 software, users have the ability to remote in via web, Office 365, or Microsoft Exchange, to reserve rooms, schedule meetings, and see room availability. Additionally users can make instant reservations on the room schedule at the device itself. Arrive provides two server platforms for flexible use of Arrive InfoPoint™ - a dedicated room signage server platform called Arrive InfoPoint EMServer (iEMS), and an enterprise management system called Arrive OnePoint EMServer (oEMS) which offers powerful integration with other Arrive EM devices such as Arrive FacePoint® and Arrive MediaPoint™ platforms. • “By Availability” - Shows the vacant periods in between reserved time blocks. Allows users to choose from the open time blocks by pressing on “Book this” - InfoPoint then automatically reserves the room.

• Centrally managed version requires Arrive OnePoint 2.0 Server (available separately) running in a virtual or physical Windows Server 2008R2 upto 2016 environment with IIS 7.0 and above, .NET Runtime 4.5 and above.
• Best practice implementation of Domain Name, Exchange service URL (EWS url) to synchronize with room mail box, power shell URL to fetch users and rooms with Impersonated user set-up.
• Robust PoE network signal access with access to MS Exchange/Ofc365/Google Calendar
